Group meditation is a great way to relax, become more present, and connect with the core part of the Self. Using multiple meditation modalities; mindfulness, spiritual, focused, transcendental, progressive relaxation, &/or sound healing make each group unique. Holding a safe space for participants to cultivate their own awareness for their personal empowerment.

Middle School Yoga & Mindfulness
This class is specifically geared towards the Middle School aged student (10-14 years old). About half of the class incorporates traditional yoga, the other half focuses on breath work and mindfulness activities to bring a sense of calm.

This class is specifically geared toward the High School aged student (15-17).
Teen years can be difficult and in todays world teens are exposed to a lot of information early on causing excitement, fear and anxiety...This class incorporates traditional yoga and mindfulness activities which will help students with increased physical, mental and emotional well being.

Chair Yoga
This class is designed for those who might benefit from a non-traditional yoga class due to mobility issues, including seniors and those with health implications. The goal of chair yoga is to make yoga accessible to all bodies. This class will teach modified yoga poses based on clients ability. Benefits include improving flexibility, increasing range of motion, reducing anxiety and creating a happier mental state.

Functional Dance
Functional Dance will focus on gaining strength within the core, legs, arms and back while also building your stamina throughout class. Each week we will highlight different movements for gaining and maintaining stability through multidirectional movement. The movement done in class will help with mobility in the body by working on controlling your posture throughout the movements being demonstrated and executed. This class is for anyone who has always wanted to dance or has danced to get the foundations and work on their strength, stamina, stability and control that can help benefit through everyday activities.
